Pick a state and I have lived there! Originally from Chicago, my northern likes to show itself sometime in my accent every once in awhile. But thankfully after all that moving I found myself in the Lone Star State! I showed goats in High School and was Champion Senior Showman 3 years in a row, Grand Champion Doe, and Grand Champion Wether twice at my county show. I am a proud Buff and graduated from West Texas A&M University. While in college I served on the Collegiate FFA Officer Team, Horseman's Association, Varsity Equestrian Team, and Stock Horse Team. My proudest moment was being crowned National Champion IHSA Western Equestrian Team in 2013! I still ride and train horses in my spare time and currently own one horse names Nilla, because she looks like a Nilla Wafer!
I am at Bowie High School and teach Intro to Welding, Small Animal Management, Equine Science, and Principles of Agriculture. I am co-advisor over the goat show tea, lead Ag Mechanics Advisors, Coach the Horse Judging Team, and help advise the public speakers.
